Cartoon Network Europe is a television channel that broadcasts across Europe. It shows children's cartoons. It is based on the original American version of the channel. The channel was created by Turner Broadcasting, which is a part of Time Warner. It was launched on 17 September 1993.

The network broadcasts to countries with no Cartoon Network channel of their own. This includes North Macedonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Moldova and Africa.

Most European countries received the European version of the channel until at least 2000, when the versions for each country were started to replace it.
