Castlevania, known in Japan as Akumajō Dracula (悪魔城ドラキュラ, Akumajō Dorakyura; lit. "Demon Castle Dracula"), is an action platforming video game made by Konami for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It's the first game in the Castlevania series. It stars Simon Belmont, a vampire hunter, who has to battle against Dracula and his minions. It's had many sequels and is still a popular series.
