Category:Articles with redirect hatnotes needing review
|This is a maintenance category. It is used for maintenance of the Wikipedia project and is not part of the encyclopedia. It contains pages that are not articles, or it groups articles by status rather than subject. Do not include this category in content categories.|
This is a hidden category. It is not shown on its member pages, unless the corresponding user preference 'Show hidden categories' is set.
This is a tracking category. It builds and maintains a list of pages primarily for the sake of the list itself. Pages are added to tracking categories through templates.
|Administrators: Please do not delete this category even if it is empty! |
This category may be empty occasionally or even most of the time.
Template:Redirect and Template:Redirect-distinguish add pages here. When a hatnote claims that a page redirects there, but it doesn't actually redirect there, it will appear in this category. If a page appears in this category, it may be because the template was used in error, or it may be due to recent changes to the redirect. In some cases, this problem can be fixed by removing the hatnote from the article, but in other cases, the issue with the underlying redirect, including possible edit wars or deletion discussions, will need to be resolved.
Sometimes a null edit to the page is all that's needed to remove an article from this category.
