I propose renaming this to "Mountain passes of Jammu and Kashmir and Pakistan", because this is what the category information states. This is part of the trend that I have found on the site of the state of Jammu and Kashmir being geographically lumped in with Pakistan, even though India controls and claims the area (both India and Pakistan claim it).
