Cheese dream
The cheese dream is an open faced grilled cheese sandwich. It can be cooked with oil, margarine, or butter. Toppings like bacon, avocado, pineapple, eggs, and sliced tomato can also be added. In its simplest form, it is a slice of bread with cheese on top, and cooked until the cheese is brown.
