Chesney Hawkes

Chesney Lee Hawkes (born 22 September 1971) is an English singer, musician and actor. He was born in Windsor, Berkshire. He had a hit record "The One and Only". It was number 1 for five weeks in 1991.[1] He starred in the movie Buddy's Song along with Roger Daltrey.[2]
