Chimichurri

Chimichurri

Chimichurri is a type of sauce commonly eaten in Argentina and Uruguay.[1] It is commonly used as a condiment for steak. The sauce can be either green or red. It is made of parsley, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar and olive oil.
