Christmas pudding or Plum pudding is a steamed dessert that originated in the 1420s and is served on Christmas Day (December 25). It tastes like steamed pudding, with lots of dried fruits and nuts, and made with suet. It is eaten in large amounts during the Christmas holidays. It is a traditional food to have at Christmas.
