Christy Dignam

Christy Dignam (23 May 1960 - 13 June 2023[1]) was an Irish rock singer-songwriter and musician. He was born in Dublin. He was the lead singer of the popular Irish rock band Aslan. His career began in 1980.

In March 2013, Dignam was diagnosed with amyloidosis, a rare form of blood cancer.[2]

He died on 13 June 2023.[1]
