Cynthia Jane "Cindy" Williams (August 22, 1947 – January 25, 2023) was an American movie and television actress. She starred in many television series and movies. She is best known for starring in the television sitcom Laverne & Shirley (1976 to 1982) and playing Laurie in the 1973 movie American Graffiti.

After a brief illness, Williams died in Los Angeles on January 25, 2023, at the age of 75.
