Claire Nouvian (born 19 March 1974) is a French environmental activist, journalist, television producer, and film director.
Early life and career
[change | change source]Claire Nouvian was born in Bordeaux. She worked in journalism. After that, she worked to protect the ocean and marine life.[1] She was awarded the Trophée des femmes en or in 2012.[2] She won the Goldman Environment Prize in 2018. She was the second French person to win this prize (after biologist Christine Jean in 1992).[3][4]
