Constantin "Costel" Rădulescu (5 October 1896 – 14 June 1981) was a Romanian footballer, manager, and referee. Between 1923 and 1938 he worked with the Romanian Football Federation as an administrator and the manager of the Romania national team.[1] He later worked as a referee for 20 years in the Divizia A.[2][3]
Rădulescu died on 14 June 1981 at age 84.[4]
