Numerous high-design buildings are under construction in the district, including Palazzo Pinifarina. In 2023 Gucci created the ornamental lighting of the Corvetto district.

Among the many avant-garde art galleries, for example, Studio Tretre in Via Marco d'Agrate n.33 (with entrance at n.27 from a large gate) which houses the ateliers of Bislacchi, Marina Cavadini, Lucia Cristiani, Lorenzo Lunghi, Edoardo Manzoni, Francesca Migone, Ludovico Orombelli, Francesco Pacelli, Adelisa Selimbašić, Nicolò Masiero Sgrinzatto, Pietro Vitali, Vincenzo Zancana.

The Bonvini Art Printing House in Via Tagliamento, 1 is a stationery shop that has now become an art gallery and hosts art exhibitions and conferences. The Reading Book club, in via Mincio 10, is a book club that presents editorial projects of avant-garde art and photography as well as unobtainable revisits of design and fashion, hosting art vernisages and conferences, creating real colonies of artists and collectors internationals attentive to the European avant-gardes.

Corvetto has defined the "King's Road", by international artists, which runs the entire length of the area from Via Polesine, Via Marco d'Agrate, to Via Quaranta, arriving at its western end at the district of the Plastic club, in Via Gargano, the most avant-garde venue in the city, where many of the great Italian designers were born and where for years it was the usual meeting place for personalities such as Giorgio Armani and Andy Warhol, defined as an area with a "philosophy in which the life of luxury with art it is fabulous and new ".

At the Plastic there were characters such as Keith Haring to Andy Warhol, passing through Fiorucci, to the most famous designers in Milanese history since 1980. There are no tables to book but the selection is very high. The place in absolute privacy, has had the usual frequentation of artists and personalities of international fame, including Madonna, Elton John, Freddy Mercury, Prince, Paul Young, Bruce Springsteeen and Grace Jones. Plastic is the most inclusive and historic gay friendly club in the city of Milan, and still remains one of the most avant-garde clubs in Europe, compared to "Studio 54" in New York.
