The Czechoslovak Resistance, were partisan groups who fought against Nazi Germany in occupied Czechoslovakia during World War II. In 1938, Germany was allowed to annex the Sudetenland (an area in western Czechoslovakia). Then Germany annexed the rest of Czechia and formed a puppet state in Slovakia. Resistance began against the occupying Germans. Some famous examples of the Czechoslovak resistance are the Slovak National Uprising that lasted from August - October 1944, and the Prague uprising that lasted during the end of the war in Europe.
