Daphne Oxenford

Daphne Maraget du Grivel Oxenford (31 October 1919 in Barnet, North London, England- 21 December 2012 in Northwood, London, Greater London, England) was an English actress, known for her early stage roles, and later her radio and television work. She was best known for her role as original character Esther Hayes in Coronation Street.
