Daryl Joseph Mitchell (born 20 May 1991) is a New Zealand cricketer who represents Canterbury in domestic cricket, and plays for the national team.[1] He is the son of New Zealand rugby union coach and former player John Mitchell.[2]

Daryl made his debut for Northern Districts in 2011-12. Initially he started as a batsman but later he became an all-rounder. He is also known for his excellent fielding.[2] In 2022, Mitchell participated in 2022 Indian Premier League tournament and was a part of Rajasthan Royals team.[3] [4]
