David John Giusti, Jr. (born November 27, 1939) is an American former professional baseball player. He played in Major League Baseball as a right-handed pitcher. His career lasted from 1962 to 1977. He was known for playing with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He won five National League Eastern Division titles and the World Series in 1971.
