David Graham (born 11 July 1925) is an English character actor and voice artist. Graham is known for his voice work for the series Doctor Who and Thunderbirds during the 1960s. He is also known for appearing as the villain in the one minute Apple Inc. advertisement "1984".

Graham was born in London, he trained as an actor in New York City following service in the Royal Air Force as a radar mechanic, and has since worked mainly in British television.
