David Henry Gambrell (December 20, 1929 – May 6, 2021) was an American politician. Gambrell served in the United States Senate representing Georgia from 1971 through 1972.[1] He was appointed to the Senate by President Jimmy Carter.

Gambrell died on May 6, 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia at the age of 91.[2]
