Department of Health and Social Care

The Department of Health and Social Care is a department of the British Government. It is responsible for the health of people in England, mostly via the National Health Services. Its head is known as the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care. The main offices are in London and Leeds.[1]

The National Health Services in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are run as separate organizations.

They only cover England.
