Dick Hinch
Richard W. Hinch (May 1, 1949 – December 9, 2020) was an American Republican politician. He was a member and Speaker of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He became speaker on December 2, 2020 just one week before his death. He was elected to the state house in 2008. Hinch was born in Marblehead, Massachusetts.
Hinch died at his home in Concord, New Hampshire on December 9, 2020 from COVID-19,[1] at age 71.[2]
