Dinky Soliman

Corazon Victoria "Dinky" Nerves Juliano-Soliman (January 27, 1953 – September 19, 2021) was a Filipina politician, activist and social worker. She was Secretary of Social Welfare and Development twice during the Gloria Macapagal Arroyo presidency from 2001 to 2005 and Benigno Aquino III presidency from 2010 to 2016. Soliman was born in San Miguel, Tarlac City, Philippines.[1]

Soliman died of problems caused by heart failure and kidney failure on September 19, 2021 in Quezon City, Philippines at the age of 68.[2][3]
