Djalma Bastos de Morais (16 March 1937 – 25 December 2020) was a Brazilian politician and businessman. He was Minister of Communications from 1993 to 1995. Bastos de Morais was President of CEMIG. He was born in Maceió, Alagoas.

Bastos de Morais died of problems caused by COVID-19 on 25 December 2020 in Rio de Janeiro, aged 83.[1]
