Donald Paul Bellisario (born August 8, 1935) is an American television producer and screenwriter. He is known for creating and sometimes writing episodes for the TV series Magnum, P.I. (1980–1988), Tales of the Gold Monkey (1982–1983), Airwolf (1984–1987), Quantum Leap (1989–1993), JAG (1995–2005) and NCIS (since 2003).

Bellisario was born in Cokeburg, Pennsylvania. He is of Italian and Serbian ancestry. He has been married four times and has seven children.
