Drechterland is a municipality in the Dutch province of North Holland. In 2019, 19,597 people lived there.

It was created on 1 January 1979 from the former municipalities of Hoogkarspel, Oosterblokker and Westwoud. Until 1980, it was named Bangert. In 2006, the former municipality of Venhuizen was added to Drechterland.
