Richard Duke Buchan III (born July 3, 1963)[1] is an American entrepreneur, financier, farmer, and philanthropist. He is the founder and CEO of Hunter Global Investors,[2] a private investment management firm.[3] Buchan was the United States Ambassador to Spain and Andorra from 2018 until 2020.[4]
