Edgar Froese

Edgar Willmar Froese (6 June 1944 – 20 January 2015)[1] was a German artist and electronic music pioneer. He was best known for founding the electronic music group Tangerine Dream.

Froese died suddenly in Vienna on 20 January 2015 from pulmonary embolism, aged 70.
