Edgardo "Edgar" Colina Labella (Tagalog: [ɛdˈɡaɾdo laˈbɛʎa]; May 22, 1951 – November 19, 2021) was a Filipino politician and lawyer. He was the mayor of Cebu City from 2019 until his death in 2021. He was the city's vice mayor from 2013 to 2019. He was a member of the city council from 1998 to 2001 and again from 2004 to 2013. Labella was born in Cebu City.

Labella died on November 19, 2021 in Cebu City from sepsis caused by pneumonia, aged 70.[1]
