Eduardo Mangada Samain (born 4 March 1932) is a Spanish politician and architect. He was born in Anna, Spain. He was an important politician in the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party.[1] He was a member of the Communist Party of Spain, but was expelled from the party in 1982.[2]
From 1979 to 1983, he was a member of the City Council of Madrid. He was also the Deputy Mayor of Madrid from 1981 to 1982. From 1983 to 1991, he was a government official for the Community of Madrid.
