Elaine Lee (23 December 1939 – 19 September 2014) was a South African-Australian actress. She was best known for her role as Vera Collins in the 1970s television soap opera Number 96. She also appeared in the drama series Heartbreak High and Home and Away.

Lee was born in Springs, Transvaal (now Gauteng). She was married to actor Garth Meade. The couple moved from South Africa to Australia so Meade could have a better career in 1970. In 1976, the couple's marriage ended in divorce.

Lee died on 19 September 2014 in Sydney, New South Wales, aged 74.[1]
