Ellie Simmonds

Ellie Simmonds (born 11 November 1994) is a Paralympic swimmer with Achondroplasia dwarfism. She started swimming at the age of five.[1]

When she was 13, Ellie was the second youngest British Paralympian to win a medal by competing at the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games[2] by winning the 100m and 400m Freestyle swimming events.[3]
