Eric James Stevens (born October 1, 1989) is an American football fullback. He played college football for the University of California, Berkeley. The St. Louis Rams signed him as an undrafted free agent in 2013. He works in Los Angeles as a firefighter.

Stevens was diagnosed with ALS in August 2019.[1]
