Edward Erich Anderson (October 10, 1956 – June 1, 2024) was an American actor and novelist. He was mainly known for his role as Rob Dier in Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter and for playing Commander Kieran MacDuff in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
He died from esophageal cancer on June 1, 2024, at the age of 67.
