Etelka Keserű (née Bérci; 26 August 1925 – 1 April 2018) was a Hungarian economist and politician. He served as Minister of Light Industry between 1971 and 1980.

Keserű died in Budapest on 1 April 2018 of cardiopulmonary arrest at the age of 92.[1]
