Italiano: Dettaglio dello straordinario presepe, dipinto ad olio su carta applicata a sagome di legno, opera di Francesco Londonio (1723-1783) e risalente al 1750 circa. Si trova nella Cappella del Presepe nella chiesa di San Marco a Milano. Questa tipologia di Presepe fu comune in passato, ma per la "povertà" e fragilità dei materiali oggi ne sono rimasti pochi esemplari. Quello di San Marco è di particolare interesse anche per lo splendido stato in cui si trova dopo il recente restauro. Foto di Giovanni Dall'Orto, 14-4-2007.
English: Detail from the distinguished Nativity scene, painted on paper sheets glued on wood paneles, was made by Francesco Londonio (1723-1783) around 1750. It is on display in the Cappella del Presepe in san Marco church at Milan. This kind of presepe was rather common in the past, but only few such specimens survived to us. This one is remarkably well preserved, and it was carefully restored a few years ago. Picture by Giovanni Dall'Orto, April 14 2007.
Português: Detalhe do extraordinário presépio, pintado a óleo sobre folhas de papel coladas na madeira por Francesco London por volta de 1750. Está exposto na Capela do Presépio da igreja de São Marcos, em Milão. Este tipo de presépio era comum no passado, mas, devido à "pobreza" e à fragilidade dos materiais empregados, são poucos os exemplares ainda restantes.
