The San Mateo County Fishing Pier and the San Mateo Bridge (left), in Foster City, California. The fishing pier is actually the old San Mateo/Hayward bridge, built in 1929 and retired in 1967. It's been closed for a couple years, pending restoration for safety and security concerns. |
