Español: Con una edificación imponente, la Casa de Gobierno de Santiago del Estero se construyó donde inicialmente se planificaba llevar a cabo una terminal de ómnibus. Como ya había una construcción en hormigón armado, se decidió utilizarla en lugar de demolerla y se diseñó el edificio sobre estos cimientos. Fue el arquitecto Anibal Oberlander quien fue el encargado de llevar adelante la edificación., Presenta un estilo español con impronta colonial, tiene una torre campanario la cual estaba pautado para su primer destino, mientras que los balcones complejamente decorados fueron diseñados por el escultor santiagueño Roberto Delgado. Inicialmente estaba destinada al Municipio, pero en el año 1952 paso a ser la sede del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial. |
