Object history
Deutsch: Die Steinbockhörner stammen aus dem Wappen des Ortsadelsgeschlecht, der Herren von Rammingen (Ramunger), die erstmals 1147 erwähnt werden. Die Reuthauen sind dem Stiftswappen des Reichsstifts Weingarten entnommen, das bereits 1094 und 1143 Grundbesitz in Rammingen erworben hatte. Die Verbindung zum Kloster währte bis zur Säkularisation 1802. Rammingen gehörte zur Reichsherrschaft Mattsies, die von 1598 bis 1680 im Besitz der Fugger war. Daran erinnern die Feldfarben Blau und Gold aus dem Stammwappen der Fugger.
