Deutsch: Das Wappen von Stegaurach ist ein redendes Wappen. Der Ortsname leitet sich vom Flussnamen Aurach ab, dem der Ur bzw. Auerochse zugrunde liegt. Dies kommt durch den Auerochsen im Wappen zum Ausdruck. Der Steg stellt den Ortsnamenbestand 'Steg" dar. Der Wellenbalken steht für den namengebenden Fluss Aurach.
