Object history
Deutsch: Das Gemeindewappen nimmt Bezug auf die für die ortsgeschichtliche Entwicklung wichtigsten Burgherren. Als Erbauer der Burg gelten die Herren Wolf von Schönleiten, von denen der Wolfskopf übernommen wurde. Von deren Besitznachfolgern, den Herren von Laaber, kommt die fünfmalige Silber-Blau-Teilung.
