English: Flag of the City of Fall River, Massachusetts, featuring the municipal seal with the city's motto "We'll Try", and the nickname "The Scholarship City" emblazoned below. See Fall River Code, Ch. 2, Administration. Article I, §2-2 City flag–

An official flag for the city is hereby adopted. The flag shall have a white background with a blue city seal, the
seal to be outlined with gold, and the words "The Scholarship City" shall be placed below the city seal in the color of blue.
