- Es handelt sich um einen einschiffigen Backsteinbau mit dreiseitigem Ostschluss. Er wurde Mitte des 15. Jahrhunderts auf der alten Deichlinie errichtet. Im 17. Jahrhundert hat man den Innenraum erneuert, 1858 erfolgte eine äußerliche Neugestaltung.

- Der hölzerne Westturm mit Knickhelm stammt vermutlich aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Er ist vollständig mit Schiefer verkleidet. Verschiedenfarbige Schieferplatten sind zu einem Rautenmuster angeordnet.

- The Church is a single-nave brick building with a three-sided east end. It was built on the old dike line in the middle of the 15th century. The interior was renewed in the 17th century, and the exterior was redesigned in 1858.

- The wooden west tower probably dates from the 17th century. It is completely covered with slate. Different colored slates are arranged in a diamond pattern.
