This capacitor was manufactured in Germany in March 1979 according to the German Federal technical standard TGL 200-8268 (de:Technische Güte- und Lieferbedingungen) for motor capacitors. List of TGL 200 series standards, University of Bauhaus, Weimar, Germany.
