Italiano: Stemma della provincia di Biella. Concesso con il D.P.R. del 20 dicembre 1996 ha la seguente blasonatura: «d'azzurro, all'orso camminante, con le quattro zampe posate, al naturale, sormontato dalla fascia diminuita d'argento, questa sormontata dalla stella di cinque raggi d'oro, il tutto incappato dal fasciato di quattordici pezzi, a destra d'azzurro e d'oro, a sinistra d'oro e d'azzurro; la fascia diminuita d'argento posta in corrispondenza dell'ottavo pezzo del fasciato»
