Blasonierung: In Rot auf einem silbernen Brunnenpfahl, der aus der Mitte eines rechteckigen, gemauerten silbernen Brunnenbeckens hervorwächst und nach beiden Seiten einen Wasserstrahl im Bogen in das Becken sendet, eine sitzende goldene Eule in Vorderansicht, begleitet von zwei silbernen Seeblättern.
