Potrivit anexei nr. 1.2, stema oraşului Victoria se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în bandă, de argint. În partea de jos, în câmp roşu, se află turnurile de evacuare a noxelor şi cisterna unui combinat chimic, totul de argint. În partea de sus, în câmp albastru, se află o capră neagră în salt şi o floare de colţ, ambele de argint. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu 3 turnuri crenelate. Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate: Capra neagră şi floarea de colţ reprezintă bogăţia cinegetică şi faunistică a zonei. Turnurile de evacuare şi cisterna simbolizează combinatul chimic, În jurul căruia s-a construit localitatea. Coroana murală cu 3 turnuri crenelate semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de oraş.

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.
