English: Coat of arms of Vatra Dornei, Suceava County, Romania.
Română: Stema municipiului Vatra Dornei, județul Suceava, România.
Descrierea stemei: Stema orașului Vatra Dornei se compune dintr-un scut albastru, cu două veverițe afrontate, de aur, sprijinindu-se pe labele inferioare, ținând în labele superioare un izvor de ape minerale, roșu, cu ghizdurile și jetul de apă de argint. Câmpia verde este încărcată cu un con de brad, de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint, formată din trei turnuri crenelate.
Semnificația elementelor însumate: Elementele de pe scutul stemei evocă bogățiile naturale (apele minerale) și specificul faunei și al florei. Coroana murală cu trei turnuri crenelate semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de oraș.
Observație: Această stemă a fost aprobată în anul 1998, înainte de ridicarea orașului Vatra Dornei la rangul de municipiu (2000). În prezent stema are o coroană murală cu cinci turnuri de argint ceea ce semnifică faptul că localitatea este municipiu.
