Summary

Description Special Envoy to Somalia, Ambassador Robert Oakley, is seen from the chest up, facing the camera and speaking to a group of Somalis over a public address system. Behind him and to the left is US Army BGEN Lawson W. Magruder III, Vice Commander, 10th Mountain Division (Light), in Somalia as the Commander of Combined Task Force Kismayo. Somali civilians stand in the background. This mission is in direct support of Operation Restore Hope.
