English: Backdropped by the blackness of space and Earth's horizon, the International Space Station (ISS) was photographed by a crewmember aboard the Space Shuttle Atlantis during rendezvous and docking operations. Docking occurred at 10:17 a.m. (CDT) on October 9, 2002.
