Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

mein Name ist Denis Barthel und ich bin einer von vielen Helfern der freien Enzyklopädie Wikipedia. Wikipedia ist eine mehrsprachige Enzyklopädie, deren Inhalte frei nutzbar sind und es für immer bleiben werden. Derzeit arbeite ich an einer Artikelreihe zum Thema "Karnivoren". Leider fehlen noch aussagekräftige Fotos zu dem Artikel Triphyophyllum peltatum und den Hakenblattgewächsen (Dioncophyllaceae).

Als Mitglied der Gesellschaft für fleischfressende Pflanzen war ich nun am 13. März des Jahres bei Ihnen zu Besuch. Während der sehr schönen und lehrreichen Führung durfte ich unter anderem ihr Exemplar von Triphyophyllum peltatum besichtigen und konnte es auch fotografieren. Vor der Führung wurde uns damals mitgeteilt, das die von uns gemachten Fotos nur für den Privatgebrauch seien.

Es wäre schön, wenn Sie mir erlauben würden, mein Foto des Hakenblattes der Wikipedia zur Verfügung zu stellen, da eine Bebilderung für einen Pflanzenartikel in einer Enzyklopädie wichtig ist und es ausserhalb der Sammlung ihres Botanischen Gartens annähernd unmöglich sein dürfte, ein Bild dieser kleinen, aber besonderen Pflanzenfamilie zu bekommen.

Zu beachten ist dabei, dass die Bilder, ebenso wie die Texte, entweder unter der GNU Freie Dokumentationslizenz (kurz GFDL) stünden (die Quelle und der Fotograf werden genannt) oder als gemeinfrei (Public Domain) (mit der Angabe des Urhebers) veröffentlicht würden. Auf Wunsch kann auch der Botanische Garten Bonn als Eigner der Pflanze genannt werden.

Bitte teilen Sie mir gegebenenfalls mit, unter welcher der beiden genannten Lizenzen das Bild veröffentlicht werden soll.

Für eine Antwort wäre ich Ihnen sehr verbunden.

Ich hätte kein Problem, wenn Sie Ihre Bilder wikipedia zur Verfügung stellen: ich würde dann vorschlagen, etwas zu nennen wie Foto Denis Barthel, Botanische Gärten Bonn.
